FixStream Intros Version 9.0 of Enhanced AIOps+ Platform

By

Improving response times and predicting potential issues in the IT environment is important for businesses today as they compete to win over customers and improve profitability.

A new offering from FixStream, a pioneer in AIOps+ solutions for Autonomous IT Operations, aims at meeting these needs in the market.

The company’s Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) platform makes it possible for businesses to have the real-time insights needed to quickly and efficiently find and fix problems so their important applications are always up and running.

A new advanced version of its product, FixStream AIOps+ 9.0, can quickly detect, predict and resolve business issues across the businesses entire hybrid IT environment.

According to  FixStream’s founder and CEO Sameer Padhye, the new advanced capabilities make it possible for IT operations, application and business operations to predict outages with, “90%+ probability, and achieve MTTR in minutes, not hours and days.”

“Unlike other AIOps tools that don’t correlate data across the stack, FixStream AIOps+ platform delivers superior prediction accuracy by creating a 100 percent accurate inventory, correlating millions of data points across all domains, and then applying powerful machine learning across the entire stack,” Padhye said.

New advancements offered in version 9.0 utilize AI to improve event and ticket intelligence and reduces noise by 40 percent. This decreases time to troubleshoot issues and makes it easier to predict issues throughout an event.

There’s also out-of-the-box integration with products like New Relic, Cherwell and ServiceNow so business transactions, applications and infrastructure are seamlessly integrated and the data across applications can be used to detect changes or other patterns that are affecting the health of their applications. This makes pinpointing where issues are originating easier.

This level of deep visibility into the infrastructure and reliable data is exactly what’s needed to transform the enterprise.

Padyhe delivered a keynote at  AIOps Expo, which is a part of The New Intelligence Expo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His talk addressed FixStream’s Insight on how AI for IT Operations can help self-heal hybrid IT infrastructures.
