MSPs Get New Levels of Network and Application Visibility Thanks to AIOps

By

Understanding how applications and network resources and services behave is the key to successfully managing service delivery.  But, it’s a challenge because of the massive amount of data sources and points required to effectively build that level of intelligence.  Without that insight, however, businesses and service providers don’t have the visibility to ensure their applications and networks are secure and performing to expectations.  On the other hand, access to such detailed data sets in a usable format can help them efficiently troubleshoot problems when they occur, as well as enabling predictive maintenance thanks to a deeper understanding of root causes and network trends.

That’s what FixStream seeks to enable with its AIOps+ solution, which combines artificial intelligence and machine learning to deliver advanced network and application intelligence to IT professionals to help them ensure high levels of availability, reliability, and performance.

The company has now partnered with ESM and ITSM/ITOM specialist T4S Partners to deliver new levels of visibility into network and application performance.  The idea is to help enterprises and MSPs transform their service delivery and increase their IT teams’ efficiency by leveraging the massive amounts of data available to them – but which simply is not able to be digested efficiently using traditional measures.

“By providing a single pane-of-glass to manage and visualize an end-to-end hybrid IT environment, from business applications to infrastructure, we are transforming the way Enterprises and Managed Service Providers operate,” said Sameer Padhye, Founder and CEO of FixStream. “Our partnership with T4S will give Enterprises and MSPs an opportunity to accelerate their revenues.”

The partnership will allow the companies to integrate FixStream’s multi-tentant AIOps+ solution with T4S’ ITSM solution to automate much of the process that are currently being done manually by IT teams and preventing them from maximizing their efficiency.

Padhye was a keynoter at this year’s inaugural AIOps Expo, where he discussed the idea of self-healing networks leveraging AIOps.  That conversation will continue at AIOps Expo 2020, February 12-14, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Networks continue to grow in complexity and the only way IT teams can effectively manage them is to leverage AIOps.  If you have a story to tell about AIOps, we’d love to hear from you.
