Moogsoft Unveils Moogsoft AIOps 7.3

IT operations are in the midst of an overhaul. Resources are of the utmost import, as the efficient allocation of resources to support applications, network performance, security and more lies at the heart of IT responsibilities. Well, AI is here to offer some assistance.

AIOps pioneer Moogsoft announced the arrival of the Moogsoft AIOps 7.3 enterprise platform.  The enhanced offering offers interface improvements, easier navigation and integrated automated workflow (courtesy of its Workflow Engine).

Specifically speaking, the release offers a number of new out-of-the-box integrations. The list includes Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange Online, Site24x7, Sensu Core v1.8, Splunk streaming plug in and more, and Moogsoft boasts a more user friendly manual integration process.

Moogsoft AIOps 7.3 boasts a Workflow Engine capable of automating tickets, notifications as well as remediation workflows. Another nice addition to the Moogsoft platform is enhanced correlation capabilities and machine learning visualization. Did somebody say security?  The solution is SOC-2 certified.

“AIOps is coming into its own, both as a potentially transformative investment for IT Operations as well as for IT as a whole,” noted Dennis Nils Drogseth, Vice President with Enterprise Management Associates. “EMA research has shown how AIOps can help to unify IT in real time through more consistent, proactive, and actionable data. This includes bringing security, development, and IT service management teams closer together with core operations stakeholders. Moogsoft AIOps 7.3’s new capabilities in workflow, third-party integrations, security, and visualization should all help to strengthen these values while building on a strongly proven platform for assuring service performance and significantly improving IT efficiencies.”

Welcome to the age of AIOps.
